this is our first time purchasing a Mr. Cool diy mini split units installation was pretty cut and dry, we watched install videos, and consulted with the included installation manual.. it was pretty cut and dry, the flexible pre charged lines sets were very easy to install and connect, we used the line coving as well.. there was a discrepency on the video and install manual regarding the king valves, called tech support and they cleared it up..I will buy again..

Our delivery arrived today on schedule. Customer service was very responsive in helping us get an accurate delivery date. We are very pleased with the shipment and service. The appliances look amazing

I’ve been looking at this item for well over a year. I finally purchased it and I am so happy with it. The delivery service was exceptional and the product is even better. I have had the smoker for a few weeks now. Kamado Joe is a really high quality smoker. The construction of it is well thought out and I have no doubts it will last a long time. All the components are either powder coated or high grade stainless steel. It is easy to use. I had to watch a few youtube videos to get the settings correct but once I did I was good to go. The app works well and was also easy to use. If you are on the lookout for a smoker this one is great! Picture shows the smoker with a DoJoe accessory

This thing is incredible. The JoeTisserie fit perfectly with my Big Joe Series III, no fuss, no weird adjustments. Just dropped it in and got to work.

I’ve already cooked a couple of whole chickens (one was just over 20lbs!) and the motor handled it like a champ. Super sturdy with smooth rotation the whole time.

But the real surprise? The results. I honestly didn’t expect restaurant-quality rotisserie chicken in my backyard — but that’s exactly what I got. Juicy, crispy, packed with flavor. I can't imagine going out paying for chicken anymore since I can make this in my backyard now!

This is easily one of the best accessories I’ve made to my Kamado Joe setup.

The cost of a 48” refrigerator is unfathomably expensive. How much you ask? $12k to $18k !! This FORNO tandem is outstanding. Gorgeous stainless steel. Easy to assemble. And the price is fabulous. Sooooooo pleased!!!

We just installed the Zline 30" microwave drawer in our kitchen island as part of the renovation project 2 weeks ago. It is very quiet and loves the features that came with it.

extremely pleased with the operation and look of my appliances. 48 inch dual fuel range, 60 inch fridge, microwave drawer, 48 inch exhaust hood and dishwasher. they made a stunning statement

This range hood has four different exhaust levels to draw the cooking steam off the range and out of the room. It is impressive. The lights are so bright and illuminate the work area so well. My first impression was to compare it to landing lights. It definitely feels like a professional hood and looks like one.
